Our Fees
As part of our commitment to transparency, we provide clear upfront details regarding our service fees. It's important to note that our prices are customized based on factors such as the number of travelers in your group and the complexity of your itinerary, including the number of destinations and the length of your trip. Below, you'll find the starting prices for our various services, outlined in our service fees agreement, ensuring you have a comprehensive understanding of what to expect.
Consultation Fee
$100 per hour (complimentary for clients booking private trip packages)
For clients seeking travel advice or consultation services without booking a trip. This fee may be waived for clients booking our private trip-planning packages.
Standard Trip Planning
Starting at $500* (*Starting prices per itinerary)
- For groups of 4-5 people: $500*
- For groups of 6-10 people: $750*
- For groups of 11+ people: $100 per person*
This service is ideal for short trips or single-destination vacations. We provide a streamlined travel experience with essential arrangements and activity recommendations. This includes a simple travel itinerary with major attractions, assistance with booking hotels and transportation, and travel tips. Perfect for those seeking general recommendations and basic bookings. Individualized research on off-property activities or any other additional supplementary services is not included in this price.
Comprehensive Trip Planning
Starting at $2,000* (for a group of 5 travelers)
Our Comprehensive Itinerary Planning service is our full-scale (A to Z ) trip planning service; perfect for extended vacations and multi-destination trips. We offer a fully customized travel experience, that includes everything from accommodation choices to transportation logistics to hand-selected activity options. This option includes a detailed day-by-day schedule, restaurant reservations, booking assistance for all aspects of your trip, personalized private activities, and in-depth local insights. Enjoy 24/7 support to ensure your trip is flawless from start to finish.
DIY Travel Consulting:
$400 per session
For DIY clients who prefer to plan their own trips but seek guidance and advice, we offer DIY travel consulting sessions. During these sessions, our travel advisor will provide personalized recommendations, tips, and advice to help you plan your trip with confidence.
*Note: All fees are subject to change and vary depending on the complexity, length of the trip, and the scope of services provided . The starting fee is the typical planning fee for a 5 to 7 day trip, for a small group of 4 to 5 travelers. Longer trips, additional travelers, multi-destinations, special requests, last-minute planning or customized services not listed, will incur additional fees.
